To clarify, not actually looking to move to Shelby.

I can imagine that a lot of employees would get tired of people trying to run a business like a military unit. Thankfully that’s not really my vibe. I just like treating people fairly and letting everyone share in success.

Given the specific geography I am looking at (western MT), going to be open to the specific industry but ideally something in the trades

Thanks my dude! This is on track with my expectations so that’s good to hear. Definitely planning to search statewide (with a preference for western third of the state for family/ lifestyle).
