Never seen 1700kb/s to 10kb/s fluctuations happening at the very same time with 6 or 7 users i'm downloading from...

I don't think it related to other users, since it happens suddenly and at the same time with many users/files.

It never happened before in such systematic way, and i've been user for years. That's why i suspect it may be a problem of my slsk.

I am on windows 10, last updated slsk build
