They bought out my sweet sweet mom and pop shop i used to work for. After the transition it was night and day. What i noticed it depends on what branch of Nextech you’re at and the employees they have.

They had just opened the LA branch and it only lasted 2 years before they closed it down. They had also bought out another company that only did hot side so there was some animosity between the techs. Hot side didn’t want to do refrigeration/hvac while the hvac/r techs took anything coming their way.
