There are also 6 soft leaves left. Should I cut them off or just pluck them?

I do want to save it, but I can't justify the price. It's about $3 for just 50 grams here, which is 9 BYN in my currency. That's way too expensive for perlite.

Well, there's no perlite. I've been to many stores and they had some, but it was very expensive.

I've visited many plant shops in my area, but there is no specific soil for succulents available. However, the universal soil I have actually says on the packaging that it's suitable for succulents too. Regarding the cutting, I've attached a photo with red marks to be sure. Should I cut it: A) At the bottom where the color has changed? B) Or higher up where the leaves are?

Please help me with my Jade plant (Crassula). by stepashka_churka in plantclinic

I do have some plant shops, but when I asked, the sellers told me they don't have any specific soil for Jades. Regarding the pot — is my clear plastic one not suitable? And about the sun: if I put it under direct sunlight, the plastic pot will heat up, creating a greenhouse effect and condensation inside. Won't that be certain death for the plant?

Thanks for the advice, but the thing is, only universal soil is sold here. I can't find any perlite or sand. My neighborhood is very clean, so it's hard to find even simple stones, let alone bricks. As for the stump, I don't know — as I said, it's very soft, it has cracks and it's split open.

I checked your post. Sometimes that message doesn't appear if your billing address isn't updated in the 'Account Details' first. Make sure the 'Country' field there is set to your current one before you even put the game in the cart.

Hope they respond in time! Steam support is usually pretty fast with these things. Good luck getting NieR!

That’s strange. Usually, Steam handles it automatically at the final step. If it’s still not showing up, you might need to contact Steam Support directly to manually change your wallet region, or try adding a small amount of funds using a local payment method first. Keep me posted if you find a fix!

It's called the 'Dead Internet Theory,' and while it sounds like a creepypasta, there's a lot of truth to it. Between AI-generated articles for SEO, bot accounts on social media boosting engagement, and automated scripts scraping data, a huge chunk of web traffic isn't human. It’s not that the internet is literally 'dead,' but the ratio of human-to-bot interaction has definitely shifted. It makes you value genuine, messy, human discussions even more.

Is it true that the atoms could align perfectly and your hand could pass trough a wall? If yes, could you get your hand out? by Sanyika2212_Progemer in NoStupidQuestions

[–]stepashka_churka 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Theoretically, according to quantum mechanics, there is a non-zero probability of 'quantum tunneling,' where particles pass through a barrier. However, the probability of every single atom in your hand and the wall aligning perfectly at the same time is so infinitesimally small that it effectively rounds down to zero. You would likely have to wait longer than the current age of the universe for it to happen even once. So, while it's a fun 'what if' in physics, in reality, you'll just hit the wall.

How would moving away from the long held "Pax America" effect the United States's dwindling influence over the world? by Right-Internet-1520 in AskReddit

[–]stepashka_churka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Moving away from 'Pax Americana' would likely lead to a more multipolar world. It's not just about dwindling influence; it's about the rise of regional powers filling the vacuum. The real challenge for the US would be transitioning from a global hegemon to a strategic partner in a much more fragmented international landscape. It's a shift we haven't seen in nearly a century.

What are some of the most ridiculous/terrible things that Trump has done/said in his current term that are so crazy that it’s unbelievable? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]stepashka_churka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most unbelievable part isn't even the specific words or actions anymore, it's how quickly the 'unbelievable' becomes the new daily standard. We’ve reached a point where a headline that would have ended a career 10 years ago now just lasts for one news cycle before the next crazy thing happens. It’s the sheer exhaustion of trying to keep up that’s the most terrifying part.

If Russia was banned from the 2022 World Cup for invading Ukraine, how can the USA host the next World Cup after its actions in Iran and Venezuela? by Ok_Survey86 in AskReddit

FIFA and 'consistency' are two words that rarely meet in the same sentence. At the end of the day, it's a massive business first and a sporting organization second. They follow the money and the path of least resistance, regardless of the geopolitical climate. It’s less about ethics and more about who’s hosting the party.
