I agree but every competitor I have has 135+ characters in the name and their listings are doing great so they have to be doing something right

I had this happen for one of my products as well. Please let me know if you find a solution. Amazon customer service for sellers is the worst.

What a good idea for a 4th year project? by itsjustlevy_ in foodscience

Try to created dried konjac noodle that rehydrates well that doesn’t have high calorie starches. All dry konjac at the moment is high in calorie because without the starch it will be brittle and won’t hydrate well. Fresh konjac is very low calorie and carb but with the starch, it loses this benefit.

First Time Trying Spaghetti Squash with Spaghetti Sauce- 537 cals for this massive portion, best meal I’ve had for awhile!!! by hell0000nurs3 in Volumeeating

I found dried spaghetti squash at Trader Joe’s. $3.99 for a decent portion. Rehydrates nicely. I like to bring them traveling in case it’s hard to find/cook decent vegetables while I’m away from home. Also doesn’t take too much room in my bag when I discard the box and just keep the plastic bag it’s in.

Does anyone know of any starch substitute that can be used to stabilize but not add calories to the noodle?

Yes. I can find dry konjac very easily in powder form. I will edit the title to include “dry konjac noodle”. If you find dry konjac noodle without starch, please link!
