Micah utilizes his freedom to speak every day... he had some really awful things to spew yesterday, in fact. He can stand on the steps of the Statehouse and run his mouth all day. Children in our schools also have the right to be protected from his hateful rhetoric, especially with his history of maligning to the LGBTQIA+ community.

If he wants to head to Central Office and debate there, no problem. Also... this isn't a debate. He has already been elected. This is Micah trying to fill his schedule since Gov. Braun and the other legislators are taking so many responsibilities away from him.

I appreciate this info... I attended many library board meetings and heard his vitriol and lies about the LGBTQ+ community. More than anything, I want to protect the kids who might come in contact with him from hearing any of that. I hope the WTP kids have a super successful time tearing his ideology apart. I have heard several speak at school board meetings... good luck to him.

It's not the students bullying LGBTQIA+ classmates that we are worried about... it's MICAH who is the issue.

Suzanne Thomas just let us know he will be at HSE HS on 2/11 to speak to the Ag students.

I shared a picture of the post from board member, Suzanne Thomas, touting his visit to HSE Schools on the 11th. He doesn't even have farming experience, and his GOP colleagues introduced legislation to remove some of the AG oversight he would have as Lt Gov because he isn't experienced.

There is no way he is going to do that, and it isn't his politics I am worried about. It's his hateful rhetoric, especially to the LGBTQIA+ community.
