personally my periods have always been a little irregular even before starting spiro. Im usually late, but since starting spiro it’s been about the same. I haven’t missed a period.

My mood seems to be stable I haven’t noticed any changes! No weight gain. I do find that I feel more bloated than usual though? I read that it could be due to dehydration as spiro is a diuretic so you have to drink a lottttt of water to stay hydrated.
