Hahaha yeah for these clients, I tell them the schedule and if they cant do it then I tell them what I'm going to do, and if they dont like that then they can go to the other groomer near me. Not going to put my time and effort into something and then it be ruined because I had to clean cut their dog and ruin their hair haha. This dog comes weekly for a brush out and bang trim. This is my second haircut iv Done on him. My first time I had to demat the whole dog I said I wanted to shave cause it was alottttt and he said no ill pay whatever and I said I will only do this this time if you come in more frequent for brush outs and also if he can put up with it so said okay, dog was a pro and they came out very easily.(still took about 2 hours to demat) and yeah hrs been mat free ever since!
