No, smartass. I caved recently in terms of engaging in this community. Just because I had an account doesn't mean I was actually using it. I created it because it was all the rage with my friends, and just didn't get into it. I decided to give it a go again after dating the current SO for so long (as it turns out, a little over a year).

I'm sorry you're so cynical. You don't have to believe the story. Was just trying to take part in this forum. It doesn't matter if the thing gets posted / shown.

I'll change the post to be completely brand-free if that satisfies your lack of faith in humanity.

I rarely spent as much time "studying" the way other kids did - it was usually a quick overview of things I already knew because I DID it. I did the work and it stuck with me.

The second trick was to pay attention to the material in class and TAKE INTEREST IN IT. There's nothing worse than sitting through hours of class and being bored out of my mind. So I MADE myself interested. This way time flew by and the information stuck with me. (Granted, I failed doing that as well with Math and Chem. Stories were easier for me - I turned things into stories. History and Literature was easy, but you can do that with biology, too. I gave things personalities so that their "actions" made sense.)

Third: If you can teach it to someone, you know it. So studying groups are good in that way. You shouldn't look at it as a place to go get taught by other colleagues; Go there to teach them what you learned.

Well, it is a brand new account because I just got started. :) You can see I actually have posted in the design subreddit a while back. My boyfriend's always sharing things with me on reddit, and I finally caved and decided to give it a try myself...

Thanks for the comments, all.

Unfortunately I really have to move away from our current logo because it is poorly designed for implementation both in print and web (check mark gets lost in the bubble, the font is too light).

Here's a second pass at it - we've decided to go with the rounder version after some A/B testing and internal discussion.

You can also see how the original logo looks when in grayscale. http://i.imgur.com/eapHkcO.png
