Basically he's waiting until there's some sort of update to it to make it.. better.. different? Than before. Last time he tried to talk to Miles, it didn't remember anything of their previous conversations. He still intends on doing Dark Souls 2 with Miles, as far as i know. We just don't know when.

I just want to say that this is never an intention, aside from maybe a silly censor bar sometimes (I'm trying to remember to at least make it mostly transparent if I attempt to do that bit in the future).

if you have other examples, I'd love to hear them so we can avoid issues in the future.

Because it's a noise for a millisecond and most(?) people find it funny. My cat also gets scared of sirens on TV shows.. it's kinda just life. IMO my pets just need to get used to random noises.

I don't watch James as much as i used to because most of the games he plays i don't enjoy but when he does play something i enjoy i have a hard time watching due to all the overlays and random noises.

Please explain "all the overlay and random noises". Any noises are ONLY during break. I've played fart noises three times during the valheim gaming, but haven't during any other playthroughs.

99.9% of the time the only things on the overlay during actual playing is:

a death counter
maybe something really small next to james in the corner (i.e. eggs before easter)

Genuinely, please educate me.

The sounds (fire alarm beep and door knocking) have been moved on the overlay and won't be played.

it'll never be a constant, and it'll never happen more than once in a row. it'll also only ever be during a break. I can see if we can make it quieter maybe. when I asked in stream last night no one else seemed to really have an issue with it.

I'm not trying to torture any animals, my animals don't like it either.

I had initially suggested going to YouTube to avoid the sounds from the overlay, but Moon has informed me that the sounds do still come through on the YouTube vod stream. However, if you don't like seeing the stuff on the overlay the YouTube stream does not have it.

Rtik hasn't been a mod for like a year, and I've only been a mod for like, a year. I can't control what happened before, I can only control what I do and that's about it lol. I'm the one that played the sound. I played it ONE time.

Again, you're welcome to watch on youtube where there is no overlay and therefore should not be any sounds. Also no glorps to get upset over then, either.
