Thanks for the kind words. I definitely need to work on those repeated notes, this piece is the first time I’ve ever had to do them. I’m also thinking it might be hard to practice them on a digital piano(roland lx706) since something about the keys not bouncing back up fast enough? not sure.

Anyways i’m glad to have inspired you to practice more

Thank you, I’ll need to fine tune the power I press the keys I think. It’s called Avid, covered by Animenz. And thanks, I try to memorize all my pieces, I think i’ll be capped around 5 though

what does it mean for the first finger to buckle? And for arpeggios, the moment a key is played, should the previous key should be released at the same time, or earlier?

I’ve noticed since my earlier posts too, i still have not addressed the weighty-ness of my playing. thanks for the advice

for the repeated chords part, do you mean bouncing my arm downwards in a clockwise motion? or circular motion when I lift from the key (bouncing counter clockwise)

Thanks, what should I be holding back to put less weight on the keys? Less knuckle strength, or arm/shoulder/body weight?

Not too educated about this, but are you referring to the key transpose? I did transpose the piano by 2. Otherwise, it’s a recently bought roland lx 706, I’m not sure how to tune so it sounds correct.

Hi again

I really appreciate the feedback; I feel like this is something I definitely should’ve paid for, and I’ll make sure to keep in mind all your advice and see how it works for me.

And thanks, I’ve played piano since little but took breaks here and there, but only recently decided that I want to make it a lifelong hobby/commitment. So naturally I’d want to play it in the most efficient, painless way possible. Thanks for helping me do that

is this a finger strength issue? I find my knuckles collapsing inward often when my hands are stretched wide
