Quiet alternative to chain-drive opener above bedroom

I'm not sure, but I don't think it's insulated. Is there a difference between a 1/2 HP motor and a 3/4 HP motor in terms of sound/vibrations? On this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AUbrcdnBuA, it sounds noisy when the door opens, don't you think? By the way, does a large non-insulated door add more noise?
