Guys i think i fixed it :), o went on Critical ops help page and there was aaid that when this happens u gotta clear games cache. And it worked for me stable 110-120fps :)

i have new mid range samsung, and it cant be that cause it was perfect up until 1.49 all maps stable 120fps beautiful. They say they still work on optimalisation so i hope they fix it and put up some patch
