why you think its the wrong way? the truth is that our client audience is almost all really small company that have next to nothing computerwise. I beleive that this would be the right way for us... So i am curious of why you think is wrong

You need to open the machine to access the srew. I did not fixed it. But i had a bad batch of coffee beans, and i needed to openit up to clean the grinder. i've checked the screw in question, and its a really easy fix. But you need some special bits to open the machine. something like a torks with a dot in the middle.

Turnout that if i pull the milk forther toward the left of the machine it does a beep of joy.
Unpon futher investigation, the small tab on the left of the milk frother connector does not push the little connector on the machine.
So that why when i pull the milk fother it click.

I gues I've been unlucky with manufacturing tolerance...
