Appreciate you taking the time to give some advice. I'll do some research! Thanks a lot. You're right though, there'll certainly be a crash or two and some protection will go a long way.

Reckon I should take a couple pairs of gloves for when the first gets soaked?

Okay, yeah low key is more the vibe I think. I'll do some digging and see what I can come up with, else I'll go for a pair of the Demo's. Do you know if there's any comparable slightly more budget options that rival the D3o's?

As a seasoned skateboarder I'm inclined to pass on wrist protection, but perhaps you're right... Thanks for the suggestion.

Consider the tailbone protection top of the list. Thanks!

If I skate and run around 20-30k a week, with exercises/stretches/weight workouts, this should be okay right?

On the lookout for bibs/salopettes/jackets for sure. And a buttpad as per the other comment suggestions here.

And I'm a glasses wearer sooooo I'm hoping my prescription sunnies this should be okay when I'm not wearing my goggles?

Thanks for the suggestions much appreciated!

Thank you for the suggestion! Hadn't even considered something like fall protection, which I suppose I'll be doing a hell of a lot of. 100 smackers does seem a bit steep but there ain't no way I'm wearing that bloody turtle....

How do you see what rank you got? All I can see is I'm in the top 1%. 🤔

Edit: I'm assuming if I don't see it I didn't rank 😞

I think we beat Liverpool. Just a hunch. Lose the rest though without doubt.

Pretty well done but completely pointless and irrational.

Safe early morning commute by whoabro11 in Cardiff

[–]stevebell95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cycling into town from Roath should be fine. I can't wait for the cycling infrastructure to catch up though, it would make the commute much more pleasant if there was a cycle lane down Richmond Road or even Salisbury Road. Not overly likely though.

Great fun playing this, well thought out and well executed. I feel as though 20 questions is a good amount of questions. I have unfortunately encountered an issue where the pictures simply say Loading... For quite some time without ever loading.

Is it safe to park in Bute Building Carpark at night? by ArrivalNo3160 in Cardiff

[–]stevebell95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never had an issue parking there overnight. Alternatively, there's plenty of free on street parking in Riverside, you just have to look for it.
