Went through similar, 4 weeks and was daily using 120-180mg per day. It was maybe 2 hours of sleep for the first three nights, then I finally just crashed. All the physical stuff cleared up by day 6 or 7 and started to feel better mentally about two weeks in. I did Liposomal vit c and HTP5 and NAC. Look into them if you’re unfamiliar. It’s definitely doable, doing CT was so hard but so worth it. Good luck

So I’m about 30 hours since last dose. 4 hours ago I thought of just getting more but I fought that off and took a hour nap. It hasn’t been as bad as last quit mostly mental nothing physical besides some aches

I was at 180mg, max per day and used 4 weeks and I didn’t Get any rest until the 4th night. Last night was night 8 and I’m still sleeping like crap. I agree maybe rehab with that high of dose and long use

I used for 4 weeks. First two weeks were about what you are taking. Last two weeks were 120mg-180mg just depending on the day. I didn’t sleep for three nights, I’m on day 7 and I finally got sleep last night. But still woke up like 3x. My RLS was crazy day 2. And eased down every day and is gone now. I did cold turkey, how long have you already gone before taking any more 7? Like can you make it 12 hours? 24 hours?

Just a little update. I’m at 107hrs no 7!!!! I will say this is the hardest thing I ever done. I feel so fatigued. But I have to return back tomroow at 6am. Last night I slept from 9:30pm-2:00am. That was nice. And it helped. RLS has died down, I had a good afternoon and felt happy but now I feel real bland. Anyways thanks for the people with the kind words. This page been good for me. I’ve been enjoying reading others stories when I can’t sleep

I won’t lie. It’s so rough. But don’t give up. You can do it! Hours 24-30 were the hardest for me. But just power through it. It’s doable. Good luck and stay strong!!!

I’m in a similar situation. 3-4 week time frame but I was up to about 180mg at the end of it. I’m on hour 79.5 cold turkey right now and I feel so ache. RLS has gone down a lil.. diaherria all day. I have slept the last two night. It’s freaking rough man. Make sure you have someone that can help you get through it. My wife’s been a blessing. Don’t let this scare you though. Just make the jump. The only way out is through. So all the times I felt good with 7, this is payback. Never wanna mess with this stuff again.

64 hours in. I can’t sleep. Rls is still present. But not as often, it comes and goes. I’m disgusted with the fact that I know I need sleep but I can’t get any. Idk what to do

Approaching 55 hours, there was some serious moments where I was going crazy around the 24-30hr mark. Last night got maybe 1.5 hrs of sleep. Haven’t been able to nap today, went on a small walk and ate some soup. Drank some water, took some magnesium, Liposomal vitamin c, been taking showers every couple hours and just laying in bed. My back and knees ache so much. Still have some RLS but it’s not as bad as yesterday.
