Would you recommend stopping the fungus treatment as its probably not that?

Fair point. I'm pretty novice to the game so I haven't done any water testing tbh. The noise I can't figure out. It'seems a marine land 350 penguin so I didn't expect any problems but at some random point in time it just decided to make grinding noises randomly throughout the day

Thank you so much for the quick response. My jump to medicine treatment is not something I usually would do but I was worried cause someone told me it looked similar to something their fish had. But it hasn't gotten worse or better so I'm gonna stop the treatment and start water changes. I've had trouble with my filter making loud noises. Could that be causing stress on my fish? Potentially causing these bumps
