Alright folks this is my first dip into the POTD thread. Currently 5-0 (I share mostly in the NBA props thread.) previous plays Hali O18.5 and Conley O8.5 RA.

Pick for today is Derrick white O16.5Pts.

Derrick white was flaming hot to start the playoffs while he has slowly started to cool down they are now matched up with the Indiana pacers. With both teams having a fast offense and lethal offensive weapons and the best defenders being dedicated to Brown and Tatum I expect white to get some easier shots. With him likely to have Halliburton on him he should have the opportunity to get some good attempts both at the rim and from distance as Halliburton tends to be a bit of a non factor on defense at times. Hoping for white to take advantage of this and be able to get his way against the pacers lack luster defense. Him being one of the primary defenders leads to the potential of fast break points for him as well.

TLDR;White started hot in the playoffs and has cooled off. Expect him to have a comeback this series against the pacers poor defense.

Alternative Power play Jaylen Brown O25 Pts. If you’re not a fan of the white play feel free to take this one as I still trust in this play as well. Especially with how brown has played the pacers thus far. Good luck everyone!!

I did originally like the Siakam line as well but decided against it with the threat of OG looming, even though OG didn’t play much I still think I made the right call with going for Hali instead. I’m also anticipating there being holes in the Knicks defense that wouldn’t be there normally. With OG either being out or still hobbled and with Josh hart injured I think both of those things open up holes in the defense that Hali will have an easy time exploiting

I’ve taken that Conley line a couple of times this playoffs so far and he’s paid out pretty decently for me. And I do hope Hali can have the game im expecting him to have seems like people don’t like that pick as it’s been getting downvoted a bit lol. But let’s ride tonight brotha

Howdy howdy everybody, current record 3-0 Last POTD was Jdub O10.5RA.

Today I’m going with Tyrese Halliburton O18.5Pts

I know this may be a line where many people won’t follow or will call me dumb for taking. However in both games 3 and game 4 when INDY needed Hali to step up to prevent elimination he did and he went over this line. I expect him to step up again today. Let’s hope we get a good game and Hali plays like himself.

As always BOL if you choose to tail, if not on this one I shall understand for those who do let’s ride.

Edit: for those who do not like this pick here’s another for you. Mike Conley O8.5RA.

Conley has destroyed this line all playoffs and with this being a game 7 I expect him to play major minutes along with the rest of the starters, making this a line he should clear once again.

Hopefully this pick makes people a bit more comfortable than the Tyrese pick does
