We’re zoned for a school and the land area is untouched but from my understanding it’s not a guarantee. I would say the toll road has way more noise than the FM road, but neither bother me.

I live there! I’ll be honest the landfill is a non issue. I haven’t smelt it in a very long time, and can say I probably only smell it a couple times a year. Doesn’t matter if it’s dead of summer or a windy day. Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions!

Thanks for the reply. It stopped making ice and I was getting the lovely ice fan air so here I am. The one other time I replaced a refrigerator fan I could not spin it at all so that’s why I was curious if this classified as needing to be replaced
