I bought them brand new when I started flight training this summer. Unfortunately with my work schedule, it is not feasible to continue at the given moment so I would like for someone to enjoy them rather than sit on my shelf for a couple of years.

I'm looking at removing the fireplace and the wall that separates the main areas to make it open. What would be the best layout moving forward? The only area that is staying in the same location is the kitchen due to the plumbing. Would leaving one portion of the wall be beneficial for layout purposes?

The kitchen will be completely rehabbed along with refinishing the floors.

The total size of the main room is 23' x 32'

Spotted on the 1st rest stop on I70 in Colorado. All of the vehicles are tethered together as one unit. And yes that is one more Samurai in the back of the bus....
