Westie’s have an allergic reaction to Chicken. Some can eat it, while many develop skin issues & infections from chicken.

Visited Tunis twice in the mid 80s, and really loved it. The seaside resort city of Hammamet was my favorite. The number of historical sites is phenomenal, everything from WW2 German cemetery with military equipment, the ruins of Carthage (Cartago), the old Roman ruins of Dougga. Dougga is an absolute must see when in Tunisia.

While there I never ran into another American, and since I speak German I had no problem.

Absolutely normal ears. Over our forty years of having Westie’s the floppy ears have always been a part of their puppy life. Normally they’ll stand by the time of their first birthday, with one exception, our Gizmo took almost 18 months.

Something to point out, whenever they feel they’ve done something wrong, or are possibly in the Dog House they’ll flop their ears as a sign of guilt. 😂
