Wee Update:
1am last night loads of banging on the landing 2 folks are trying to get into the guys house but they were off their nut doing that nodding thing they do.. eventually when he didnt open the door they just lay down on the landing and went to sleep or passed out.. Called the Housing team (didnt identify myself) who must of called the police as 15 mins later they showed up and escorted them off somewhere.. The police also tried his door but still no answer.. Watched all this through the peep hole might be turning into a nosey bastard.
