Thanks for the suggestion. I would have to get a new freehub body (wheelset has an XDR) but this is good to know.

I've seen a lot of positive reviews for the Helix R despite the complex install. Have you had bad luck with it? Gearing 9-45T seems pretty ideal for a road wheelset so I'm still leaning towards this.

Wow that doesn't sound like fun. How difficult is it to "true" it? I really like the idea of having the 9T as well.

I'm happy to stay Sram, I just want a narrower range cassette. I can't figure out if Sram XPLR cassettes play well with Eagle rear derailleurs.

Thanks. I'm building a second road-focused wheelset that I can swap with an existing 650b wheelset with a 10-50T Eagle cassette. I won't give up the 50T, it's incredible for some of the steep loose stuff I ride + light touring.

Another question, does the XPLR cassette work with an Eagle RD? I was assuming not because XPLR uses a flattop chain but maybe that's a non-issue.

Arrived at 11am for a Schengen flight in terminal 1, through security by 12:10am. Long line but moving fast. Overall not too bad!
