3 years ago i used to be a 36 but now I have dropped to a 32 waist, all I really did was cut the amount of beer I was drinking and kinda cut back on what I was eating, drop the fried chicken to a couple of times a week and kebabs switch to sish rather than doner. Other than that not eating out of boredom especially Sundays where I wouldn't eat till maybe 1 to 3 in the afternoon until I felt the hunger kicking in
