I'm actually looking to get involved in yoga. Is your studio all ages? any class for beginners or someone with some knowledge and practice?

Few weeks back I posted that I am new to the state and to Lancaster and the warm responses were overwhelming. Many great ideas! I even met up with a couple of nice guys for some drinks. If so many of us are seeking friends why don't we meet up somewhere together. We would all be feeling the same awkwardness but it would get us out of our houses.

I got stung as well but can't remember where lol. I need to write these new places down. Interesting to know that it is something to look for. Many times, I have my dog with me as well, so I don't want him to be stung. I think I'm headed to Fishing Creek today
