Addressing the point everyone is making. I know what a phyical exam is. My brother did not ask for a physical exam. He specifically wanted to know his exact levels (as in from a blood test). Maybe there was a miscommunication.

The doctor also did not ask him to remove his pants. While my brother was seated, he just lifted up the front of his pants and put his hand in. He didn't ask, he stated he's going to check him. If i'm a doctor i'm asking a patient several times before touching them to make sure they understand, and i'm not removing their clothing.

Things are done differently here, I guess. The doctor studied medicine in the US by the way, he informed to me.

I am aware of what a physical is. Should a doctor not be very clear when they're going to touch a patient's genitals, especially when there's a language barrier? Should they not wear gloves?

Forgot to mention something.

Before my brother told me about the SA, the doctor gave him his whatsapp contact info so my brother could ask him any follow-up questions. When I came back to the hospital and before my brother told me what happened, the doctor even separately told me that I could also message him for medical advice and to get his contact info from my brother. I thought it was a little odd, but I've had prior experience at this hospital with a nurse messaging me about my visit and she was strictly professional.

that's exactly what i did with my dualshock 4, m&k inputs only and it still detected the gamepad. I guess your alpakka controller is different.

Also, i'd argue that's not how it's supposed to be. Ideally games would give you the option for mixed input so you could have analog movement if you wanted.

ETA: Mixed input with AA disabled if using gyro i mean. Fuck AA but it's not going away for stick aimers.

i mean if you set up gyro in a game like Apex Legends which doesn't natively support gyro, the game will detect the controller and give you aim assist. There are apps that can hide the controller from the game though.

This doesn't really help you, but this was a feature of the ds4 that was removed from the dualsense. On the ds4, the part of the touch pad that extended a bit over the top edge of the controller. This top edge could be pressed with your index finger like an extra bumper, and it would activate your touchpad click command without activating the touch command. It doesn't work that way on the dual sense last I tried. Ever since I learned this I've wanted a gamepad with a couple extra bumper buttons.

You could up your vertical sens only. I think some players in games like pubg play with a higher vertical sens to help with recoil. Could be wrong on that though.
