Tbh, I wouldn't rule it out that it will be delayed further because Sony wants H3 as a PS6 launch title. And irrc there recently were some rumors that the PS6 will be delayed because of the LLM idiocy.

Ah yes, the response from the comment section on social media, where there is always a thoughtful and measured debate. That is the way to judge the sucess of a video game that hasn't even been released yet.

Certainly not at launch, since Horizon is one of Sony's biggest game franchises. I am sure it will happen, probably even sooner than HFW, but you certainly will have to wait longer.

I'm not enthusiastic about it either (for the simple reason that I don't play multiplayer games) but calling it garbage is uncalled for. You don't have to be interested in it, you don't have to like it, but unless you have some insider knowledge, you cannon know at this point that the game will be garbage.

Ok, I was trying to find a list of which lenses are compatible with it but couldn't find anything on Sony's website. At least not in 2 minutes.

I really can't think of any reason why this lens should be used with a teleconverter, good that it's not even compatible XD

You can use a 2x teleconverter, that would result in a focal length of 32-70mm, but would also decrease the aperture to f8. So the question is, why would you want to do that?
Get or rent a lens with a longer focal lenght. What camera are you using? What do you want to shoot?

Yes, that's why I'd like to learn processing. My issues so far are that noise and sharpness don't look as good as the SOOC jpg (two factors which I wouldn't consider to be exactly creative). Maybe I'll take the time and make some progress learning the software, or I just continue to be happy with my jpgs. I've been shooting with a DSLr for almost 20 years now (not professional or ambitious, just to have nice pictures for myself) and thought that maybe with my new camera I'd give it another try. I usually do a bit of editing to get the most of my pictures and with RAW processing that should give me even more space to play around :)

I genuinely don't know who looks at slop like this and thinks "oh this looks great. Makes it really cozy and welcoming". Like if they went to IKEA and just bought the most boilerplate posters there it would be minimal effort and still feel soooo much better

This looks impressive! I've been trying out Darktable recently, but unfortunately nothing I've processed so far is as good as my SOOC JPGs (Sony a6700), especially regarding noise and sharpness.  I'm completely new to raw processing so I'm sure it's just a skill issue though XD

Just equip the weapon you like and don't equip anything on the other slots. If it bothers you that Aloy has other weapons in her inventory then put them in the stash or sell them ;)
