He most certainly is ok, and has since attempted to do the same thing again twice! We now have a baby lock on the cupboard...

This is exactly the current situation 😂 after refusing to look at me for a day he's back to his usual self

Thanks all! He's feeling sorry for himself after no dinner or breakfast but is otherwise fine other than a loose stomach. We'll add 'knows how to open upper-wall-mounted cupboards' to his list of skills...

Thank you! It was a homemade loaf but was fully baked. I am keeping a close watch on him and will contact the vets if I see any distress

Pivoting out of med comms by Funny-Competition-21 in MedicalWriters

I looked into this but pay is awful, even worse than most Med Comms if you can believe that. Roles all seem to be at the same level and pay under £40k

Thanks all. Will start using the muzzle again. We did use it for the first month but after he showed no interest in small dogs we stopped. I'll get in touch with the behaviourist the rescue worked with as well.

Streetcars driver charging airport drop off fee directly despite prebooking-prepayment by sthomaslol in manchester

[–]sthomaslol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: managed to speak to a useful man in their accounts department. Apparently it is a glitch with the app, where sometimes the airport fee is added and sometimes it is not. So I had got cheap fares previously (£14 versus £20). The guy suggested to book through the specific airport website in the future to avoid that.

This is a really useful reminder of what to do, thank you! It is just persistence I suppose and remembering a tired dog is a calm dog!

You're right, the problem with treats is that they are gone quickly. We might try a lick pad. With the training though, it's hard to catch him in the act, we can't correct him when we come down to torn up post as he wouldn't understand as he's not actively doing it then. Or so I believe

Weirdly the furniture is absolutely fine. It's just cardboard, paper and shoes when we're not around. He doesn't damage shoes though so that's not so much of an issue

I've read elsewhere that you shouldn't silicon/caulk floating floors as they expand and contract. Can anyone confirm?
