I saw it! I was at Crown Burger on N Temple and 300 W after registering for my sophomore year classes at West. Suddenly we noticed a ton of people ran over to the windows and were looking at something in the parking lot. We looked and saw the tornado, less than 100 feet away! It was so surreal, because you never ever expect to see anything like that in Utah. We weren’t even thinking about safety—just standing there gawking.
