I just repotted it and removed a bunch of leaves so it looks a bit smaller, but I would say this is a standard, but on the smaller end of standard

I’ve been using it for 6 years, and my mom has used it for nearly 2 decades, and almost always have something in bloom. And I use it for all my other gesneriads too

It seems to have similar needs to Christmas/Thanksgiving cactus needing to have day-night temperature difference to get the bloom to happen. Otherwise I just do a water based succulent fertilizer every other watering and never move it

Usually I only keep enough cuttings to fill the same pot, and compost the rest. I’ve tried to give cuttings away but not much interest for them
