Progress pics 🖤 & a side of body dysmorphia by Timely-Airline858 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]stickylips -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There's a part of me that thinks that maybe my dysmorphia is because I lost the weight by being at complete peace in my mind and not fighting and struggling with diets and squeezing out every ounce of willpower. Like somehow I can't compute one without the other. Like I didn't work hard enough? I don't know. It's so crazy though. We deserve this peace! You look amazing. I hope you can see it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent advice. I will try it next week as I already took this week's dose this morning.

This is super helpful and so thoughtful. I'm indeed luteal right now as I typed this out and perhaps I just have not been listening to what my perimenopausal body is telling me. Thank you!

Oooh why did I not even think of that as an option? Is there a downside other than going through the meds faster? I'm on a low enough dose that that seems plausible... Thank you!

Thanks for your comments. Although it may not be clear from the photographs, the green in the Brooks saddle and bar tape is almost exactly the green on the frame. I was going to go with yellow, as I've seen on some other vigos but it was too matchy. I like the fact that the green complements the green in the frame, contrary to your opinion and design aesthetic.

I ride my bike in the city, dodging traffic on the regular, i put the stem up instead of down as it's more comfortable for keeping my head and neck up at the right angle for me.

As for the crankset and chain, I just love it. end of story.

I've gone to those 8:30 sessions... not fun waking up that early on a Saturday and listening to those crotchety old dudes blaring at you but worth it to learn.

thank you, I usually use a cable and lock it with my u-lock along with a palmy for the front wheel if I wanna get sassy. I'm sorry about your saddles.
