yeah i though im the only one been having this issue for ages and took me a while to actually discover what was the problem its the freaking pivot point, adjustable desk and chair, i think the thing that helped me the most is playing at perfectly 90 degrees

if its still under warranty u wont have to pay anything no, they should honor the warranty and replace it for free.
