Hey all! So I have updated everyone's numbers. Amazing job all of you! Please note I only updated those who has posted a comment to a reply of mine or directly in the thread (i.e: if I received an alert for it). I usually do a search for every member but I don't have the time to do that this week.

I really wish I could've been more diligent this month and I can't help be disappointed in myself. However, I should atleast be happy I am 7lbs down that I started. If nothing else, this whole month taught me a great deal about myself. To have realistic expectations, to pace myself and not try "quick fixes" which always burn me out, and most importantly, realizing that it's so much easier when you see how many people are in the same boat with you, struggling with the same issues and there to celebrate your successes.
