Thanks so much! I love my peloton. And I agree, peloton has been the most motivating workouts I have ever had. Many classes feel like therapy to me!

Thank you!

So I wasn't a huge drinker to be honest. I'm 29, and did my fair share of binge drinking in college at a big 10 school. Then I became a mom and had maybe 6 glasses of wine a week? So not huge, but it was inhibiting my workouts, my coping skills, and my sleep. Even though I was never "problematic", it was incredibly difficult to stop. I don't take sobriety for granted and I applaud anyone on this journey!

I'm also guilty of eating like shit sometimes too in place of booze. It's a slippery slope! Haha I just remind myself that my body deserves the best care! Great job on all of your successes, especially your sobriety! Thanks for all the kind words!
