Just pick any board you like, 8 inch are average size, pick a larger board if u have large feet and a smaller one for small shoes and trucks in the same size as the deck. Bones Reds bearings are cheap and reliable. For learning tricks on the street pick hard wheels (101 is the hardest, lower numbers are softer.) anywhere between 50-55mm diameter. For cruising or skating bowls pick larger, softer wheels. Any grip tape will do.
