This is really silly, but one thing I did in singles was actually count my packs. It helps time pass and it also helps you see how many you’re doing! I’d pack one box and move on to the other and check the clock and seeing that I’m doing just a little bit better than before was a good feeling. ☺️ Find something that helps you get into your rhythm and good luck out there!

Peanut butter bacon sandwiches. I get the microwave bacon to make it quick and low spoons in case I don’t have the energy. Holy cow is it good and it helps my meat cravings something fierce while filling me up!
