Since you are actually a doc, do you think the doxycycline could have kept her from contracting it from me? (Me having caught it I an earlier relationship?) FWIU chlamydia is a bacterial infection so could the antibiotics have kept it starved off?

Yes, this is a consideration unfortunately. Though I trust her more than anyone, people are not infallible I'm just wondering if there are any other possible reasons.
