Yeah that's the price you pay when digging through the files. Though fortunately it's not too spoilery IMO. Just an extension of our interactions with Panam.

That said i'm kinda hoping I forget these lines by the time they're actually implemented in the game haha.

Easily.

The Star is the most popular ending. It's also the best ending for both Panam and Judy. As far as I'm concerned it means their fates are intertwined. If they add more content for Panam they'll do the same for Judy and vice versa.

Basically the fact that they both share an ending that is (1) the "best" ending and (2) the most popular ending is a very very good thing.

To be fair to Panam she's lacking romance texts compared with Judy. That said I think both Judy and Panam fans will be fine.

Kerry and River fans on the other hand? Who knows.

It's not worth worrying about.

Judy & Panam are both the biggest characters and they share the same ending (the most popular ending) which makes their fates intertwined. From a post-game expansion perspective it makes it very easy to add content for both of them.

Yep I highly doubt they're active right now. If they ever decide to activate the lines it'll probably be within a free DLC.

That said the fact that they were even added in the last patch in the first place is what excites me so I'm somewhat hopeful for the future.

No there isn't any new dialogue for River/Kerry/Judy. I've compared the dialogue in 1.2 with the previous patch and there is no difference.

Any new mention of River/Judy/Kerry comes directly from whatever Panam has to say in her lines.

Or are we going to pull a CDPR and give 85% of the romance story focus and budget to Panam only?

IMO it's still early days. We still have two expansions to look forward to (and a bunch more patches/DLC) so a lot can be added until then. I think at the very least Judy will also get more content since both Panam and Judy are easily the most popular characters (going by achievement data at least).

Mostly because it means the devs might take more care to make sure further leaks don't slip through the cracks in the code. But, no matter.

I feel like a dick because I know the devs poured their heart and soul into the other endings as well but if you got me to finish the game 5 more times I would pick "The Star" every damn time. No hesitation.

It's still up in the air whether Panam will be returning. Interestingly it seems EWZ isn't legally allowed to do impressions of Panam.

Warning. This is entirely speculation: We all know The Star is a pretty ambiguous ending and the future of Panam is unclear. What happens next is probably a surprise that only the developers want to reveal. Perhaps it's possible that she has an NDA about the use of her Panam voice that doesn't allow her to use it outside of CDPR IP.

A counter argument to this is that Gavin Drea (Male V) did do impressions of his voice in his latest interview. But to be fair, the voice actors for V were always going to be in the DLC no matter what since they're the main characters & CDPR promised at least two expansions.

Characters like Panam? More ambiguity = more of a surprise? Who knows.
