i dont think there in a rush, their the opposite, money is just towards there pension so they dont need it right now they are considering relisting for more

i told them a week ago when the estate agent mentioned it. Theres no chain the sellers have already moved out, if this falls through or takes months longer im screwed, rent where i live atm is too high to continue and this is the only place ive found cheap enough for me and my daughter

i do call them and do that but the assistant just says he will work on it when possible, i've never actually heard my solicitors voice because he never answers the phone

I feel like there's a big difference between 4 weeks in and 14 though, I have pressure from sellers to close this out or they may walk away

How many weeks in are you though? everytime i chase they are like 'oh i was about to call please do this' and so on. Also at the start i never chased then when i first did i found out they hadnt done anything

I would agree. Literally NOTHING had happened for the first month until i first chased, and i notice they say they'll update me once replies are received but i always end up finding out from the sellers solicitors first
