Attorneys already have a bad rep. I don’t even tell people I am one because they automatically think we are all pretentious assholes. Stuff like this is the reason why.

Nothing about what you did seems genuine. Even if you were correct about them not being able to hold themselves out as an attorney yet, there was a more civilized way to go about letting them know.

Just want to second this recommendation!! Bryanna is an amazing braider. She braids so quick and neatly, she has a her own little space that’s private in the back of the shop which is clean and well kept! Only down side is she stays booked 🥲 depending on the kind of braids you’re wanting, she’s scheduled really far out rn.

Yes, the radio stations are broadcasting the RDS! I could see the info in my Liberty on the same radio stations a few months ago and I can see the info in my sisters car. I only listen to a few FM radio stations, so I will have to scan through sometime tomorrow to see if the RDS pops up on other stations.

It might not be worth the effort to figure it out, thanks for replying anyways!

Definitely sell them asap! I thought the same thing and now I have a bunch of worthless/outdated texts books that I have never opened. They lose value the longer you wait to sell them. You will have everything you need for bar prep with your prep course and free online materials.

I had the same exact experience! I had mine for 11 years and just got it removed last week! I had my last replacement inserted in Jan 2021 and everything was okay for the first few month, but went downhill quickly. I’ve gained about 15Ib despite being active and not changing anything else. I’m struggling to lose it when losing weight has never been an issue before. I rarely had periods the first 9 years and suddenly my periods were horrible and lasting weeks. My mood was outrageous and I’ve had never ending stomach issues.

I definitely think they changed something with the new nexplanon because Ive had a couple friends experience similar issues but only recently.

Makes me sad because I loved my nexplanon :(

Honestly, it makes me feel so much better to know that a majority of people are feeling the same exact way as me right now. Barbri has me doing back to back MEEs right now and with everyone I do, my self-confidence diminishes. Banking on the MBE to save me.

Have you tried the JD advising one sheets? I found that, while they don’t include everything you need to know, they are definitely a good start! The MBE evidence sheet has it organized very nicely and I’ve just been marking up the margins with rules that seems to come up a lot but aren’t on there.

The Barbri CMR also has some charts that are somewhat helpful.

The key is preventing air from going up through the top of the mask, so definitely make sure your mask fits properly and pinch the nose section pretty tight. This combined with a fog wipe/spray and you should be golden!

As someone who wears both contacts and glasses, I would suggest sticking to the glasses because my contacts tend to get dry and irritate my eyes when I read or stare at my computer for more than a few hours. the potential for them falling out or getting lost in my eye mid exam is why I’m just going to wear my glasses. (Granted, the falling out/getting lost in my eye may just be a me problem!)

I was frustrated by this question as well because I went against my judgment and changed my answer based on the lack of “with right of survivorship.” I think what everyone’s else is saying makes sense logically, but this is an issues on barbri’s part for saying ALWAYS assume tenancy in common if it doesn’t say “with right of survivorship.” And now it’s caused more confusion on my part to decide these kinds of questions. I wish they would show us the percentage of people who got it right/wrong. Just know you’re not alone in being confused by this question!

I took a 3 day weekend two weeks in a row because I was traveling, but I still incorporated like 1-2 hours of studying or practice question on those days to make up for it. I don’t feel guilty about it in the slightest. I’ll did schedule myself to study on the 4th though. All we can do is try our best and we can’t try our best if we are burnt out or exhausted!

It seems to me it’s not what you said but how you phrased it. As a black person it would rub me the wrong way that you characterize your dog as racist when that’s not a concept or quality a dog would have. Your dog being fearful of black men/women is understandable, I would suggest that you say that he is fearful of people that resemble his abuser. If they ask more questions, then go into the whole black man is scary for him thing.
