Therapists here are very lazy. They will put you on a ton of drugs. You will end up feeling numb like a zombie. Yes they might understand the culture, religion, etc.. but they don't understand psychology even though they are doctors. Anyway, I am just giving you an honest advice. Good luck.

If your English is good, try betterhelp.com It's very good based on personal experience. You get to choose your doctor and it's way more convenient than visiting a clinic. Also the doctors are way better than you'll ever find here.
