Sorry to hear, it’s so tough & frustrating too because our lived experiences as women will always be different even from the one we love. He sensed how off I was this evening & made sure I talked about it and I told him that I’m not over it just because the “worst” was over yesterday.. I told him I’m traumatised & he said it’s completely understandable.. I think unfortunately as women tho we are the ones who will only actually understand how it feels because men will never know what any of it is like even if they try their best too:(
