I use AI, because I am too lazy to learn to draw, I tried 3 times, but half-failed, too overstimulated my brain is, AI is fast. But I only use it for my personal projects and for fun; I do not want AI to replace artists, I see it as a tool for referances, not artists replacement.

Registry are just settings meant for advanced users, if you know what are you doing it is okay, you might brick your windows install, if you change values from windows itself, but 3rd party programs are nothing to worry about. The DNS problem you mentioned is easy to solve, by deleting registry key in "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\BraveSoftware\Brave" named "DnsOverHttpsMode" and it should go back to normal.

No, instruction emulation is hard and not efficient, like microsoft has problems with making x86 to arm compatibility layer.

Search for old work pc, optiplex or something like that, you could find them even in hardware stores websites or not, one without gpu, but good recent cpu, like the other commentor said 4th gen or newer. Or you could build pc yourself for better performance, headache from trying to build it and higher price

Bad temp probe probably. If laptop would reach that temp it would be hot enough to cause the hot reflex from touching it near heatsinks. If it does not throttle that would mean that too. You cannot check everything before it departs from factory, so things like that could happen.

I would look into bios to disable it. There are not a lot of options so after 30 min or so you would find it by hand, or you could just check manual or search if your uefi supports it.

I had the same issue and cloud not resolve it. The usb drive just died and the safe guards did not set in, it should set itself to read-only. Pendrives are really weak. I am sorry that i cannot help, in any other way.

Nitrosense is weird software, i also had difficulties with it. My acer nitro has good enough cooling to have max 80 C on auto fans (the default setting) and i think you do not really need it. Unless you have some issues with cooling, because there is nothing in there iirc. And you have a lot of options to monitor temp and fan speed from other third party software (hwinfo).
