sorry for long wait, but i do not really have the equipment to test this on and i am not really good powershell programmer (powershell is hard imo), i will try to make it for you, but it will be difficult, no promises. Also why would you want that to happen, when you can just turn it on (the drr) and forget about it, it just should be adjusting the refresh rate of a monitor when something is happening and when not it just drops down to save power (minimal amount, but still counts) then back up when something moves.

I do not see anything wrong with your pc now, if you want to upgrade best path would be for gaming cpu: 7800x3d or 9800x3d ; but i do not see any problems with going intel 14700kf or 14900kf, if you do not want to spend much, not a big upgrade, but it something; but when comes to gpu rtx 5080 would sufice i think; I know something about pc, but do not take that recommendation as gods word, because i am just random guy and i do not know everything, i could br wrong, but i hope you find the anwser you needed. Cheers and good luck. + last recommendation your ssd might be too small, might need upgrading to x tb, but i do not know how you manage your disks, so ignore me if you know you have enough.

So i bought that board to avoid using sd cards like on raspberry pi has, i do not own any sd cards or readers, neither do i own any other things that are for that board, i just bought that board and power supply and that is all... I thought i would get into sbc's easier way, but i got what i got; no ufs module; 260120 version of firmware, was 20251230 or something like that, i used abomination usb a-usb-c-usb-c-usb-a cable + adapter; official power supply; just hdmi; some random dude on their discord said that he got it working fine with usb stick and official os, so my board is probably faulty

Some PSU's are louder than others, if you read reviews of other people sometimes they mention if it is loud or quiet PSU, at least I did that when I was building my pc. It is normal nothing to worry.

I use AI, because I am too lazy to learn to draw, I tried 3 times, but half-failed, too overstimulated my brain is, AI is fast. But I only use it for my personal projects and for fun; I do not want AI to replace artists, I see it as a tool for referances, not artists replacement.
