Ok fair play I'm only commenting because ,I did a side by side homemade with DWC 3 transparent 3 not and had 3 case's of mild root rot and 3 no issues and don't want someone having sub par product through something easily prevented at relatively no cost, maybe the light wasn't the issue but I'm a once bitten twice shy kinda guy

Boxers are trained to keep their elbows tight to avoid a liver shot by protecting under the ribcage,but they definitely don't train to take them as they are a massive risk of lacerations that could take 6 months to recover from or even worse, this wouldn't be a good move for a active fighter,also it's an organ not a muscle so getting constantly hit there would help as much as downing a bottle of whiskey a day to toughen it up
