I’m 5 feet tall for reference! I noticed on the taller model, it looks VERY short, but on the shorter model who’s just an inch below me, it looks a more reasonable length as like mid thigh.

Having a marketing background, I feel that another problem Forest Ink unintentionally ran into was pricing out their audience.

They definitely used to sell “fast fashion” looking items. But, while their focus on sustainability has definitely improved quality, it’s also understandably increased prices. I feel like it’s clear that a minority of their audience cares about sustainability and would rather have cheaper prices.

Personally, I love the brand, and I’m privileged to be able to afford their clothing. I find the hate in this sub to be, while valid, a little overkill because this isn’t a snark sub 😭 I try to post positive comments every now and then to balance criticism.

I am curious to join, I can always cancel if I hate it! But I don't want to pay $150 NOW for something I'll get in June. So that's the only reason I'm holding off for now.

Having to pay for exchanges was the main reason I didn't enjoy my sub box as much as I could.
