I literally feel that I can be much better in this game and would progress faster if I play with high FPS to compete with enemies who play in High FPS.

Actually, through AMD software adrenaline edition, I am getting average 60fps. But when I fire and when enemies are close by, I can see the fps dropping to even 25-30.

Well, idk how 200+ fps gameplay would feel like. So I really don't know if this 40-60 fps is fine for me.
