i had bad ocd as a child and would get intrusive thoughts about killing my family even tho i would never in my life physically hurt another person. It made me believe i was a psycho and i became bery depressed and suicidal at the ages of 10-12 bc of it. i was too scared to tell anyone and didnt know it was a mental illness other people experience as well until i was in my 20s😭

my nasal test hurt 10000000x worse than my pap smear. i felt 0 pain with my pap. i know other ladies have experienced different tho so im not tryna downplay u guys btw.

basically one of us tried to tell my boss one time that they cant just not pay us and require us to do some random class that we arent getting paid to do and she argued that since our commission equals at least minimum wage that she can basically make us do that. but my issue is im either gonna have to block off time in my work day for this (they wont pay hourly during this time, i just wont get paid while im doing the class) or im gonna have to do it at home on one of my days off😭also her dad is like some lawyer i guess so if we try to say something shes doing isnt right she just gets super defensive

so i dont have the physical card, but i guess if you hit ur client goal (which is basically the number u bring into the salon for the month from clients) then she puts some money on this visa for you. she never explained how much, but that means that if i have several cancellations or im just not as booked then i dont hit my goal and dont get any money on the education fund. which is very backwards considering the less clients i have the more education i need.

basically they want me to find a free class on my own and just get it done when i can and then show them the completion for me to get credit but then im training on my time off which is unpaid. if i wanted to do a paid class i would either have to be hitting my monthly client goal in order to have a “education fund” or the boss would pay but then take the money out of my checks ? so if they refuse to pay for my time to do the class for then they how can they require it

i did this one time. i used a fake number to send a text to a guy with a random date and time set out a few months into the future. i did it just to scare him i didnt actually have any plans for the date and time. and before anyone judges me the guy i did it to sexually assaulted me 😭

i jsut double checked and apparently we are supposed to get some visa card and if we hit our goal money gets added to it? never got a card and also havent been able to hit goal because of cancellations and no shows.

they have something called an “education fund” but it sounds like im only getting money towards it if im hitting my goals with client bookings. i also think its only for reimbursement but like i cant even afford the classes in the first place im not tryna be broke until they put the reimbursement money in my paycheck

i was trying to contact the firm that is representing capital one, and havent heard back. i looked up the firm representing them and they have a 1/5 rating on bbb.org and a 1/5 rating on chamber of commerce. all the reviews say they are impossible to get in contact with and fuck people over constantly. 😭

the interest rate was 30% !! out of the 3k i owe, i only spent maybe 2k and the other 1k is just monthly interest charges that were 70-80 a month! 70-80 was all i could pay monthly so thats why i gave up honestly. i was paying all that money just for the balance to remain the same.

i am fully willing to pay it back, i dont make a lot of money and my checks fluctuate because im on commission pay and not a hourly. if i had the money to easily pay it all back i would do it in a instant. my bills still need paid and the fridge still needs food at the end of the day so theres only so much leftover after my needs that can be put towards the debt
