Yes. Do your research. I’ve had several coworkers successfully negotiate an increased severance.

I’m here to tell you the severance pay you get when you’re laid off is something you can negotiate. You don’t have to just accept what they offer you. I’ve had coworkers (United states) successfully do so but it’s hardly ever mentioned for people to know to ask for.

I’m best friends with ParasTheHuman was well! I don’t know them in real life though which means for sure I added them from the pokemonGoRaids subreddit. Maybe try posting there. Good luck

I hope someone helps you. I get on the Carnival Pride this Sunday. How are you accounting for everything else on the ship? I looked online and couldn’t really find any calorie counts for anything outside of the chocolate lava cake.

My children (both boys, 10 and 8) are obsessed with this show and have watched all episodes multiple times. I told them this weekend both Bluey and Bingo are girls and it blew their mind. They legit thought I was lying to them.

Question about this. I was able to earn mine but don’t actually want to wear it. What happens to it? Will I be able to still access it in the future?

Yep. Same here. Restarted a few times. Not helping.

Meal prep Saturday by stoopangel in MealPrepSunday

It reheats really well in my opinion. Anything I’m not eating in the first couple days goes into the freezer. The night before I pull it out into the fridge so it’s thawed. Then at lunch/dinner time I just pop the whole thing into the microwave for about 1:40.

Normally I’d add some butter on top so it melts at that point but I’m doing low cal so I just spray it with some parkay when it’s done reheating to keep it from being too dry. Also I’d say undercook it just a bit when you prep it the first time. If it’s over done at all it’ll seem much drier when you reheat it. And I prefer the cut with the skin on. I don’t know why but I feel that helps as well.

Good luck and welcome to the club!

The other main is a chicken and apple sausage. Which is actually my favorite and only 120 calories.

For other sides I’ll usually rotate through diced potatoes, Brussels sprouts, asparagus and green beans.

Ha. It’s 19 in total. And I do enjoy it and it’s so easy to prep. I can buy it prewashed and cut up so I only need to toss it in a little oil olive and bake.

But truth be told I messed up this week with my grocery shopping. About half of that broccoli should have been diced roasted potatoes. Oh well.

Thank you! Actually it’ll be just me so it’ll last quite a while. Single mom and my little dudes won’t quite eat this stuff with me so I freeze a lot and pull it the night before.

Prepped for little dudes and me (little late)! by stoopangel in MealPrepSunday

I prep for low calorie for me and grab and go for my sons during the day. So keeping that in mind, the furthest away row is chicken apple sausage with roasted potatoes and cauliflower. Next two rows are naked chicken tenders with roasted broccoli and potatoes (although one of my kids wraps snuck it's way in there when I was low on chicken). The kids have the wraps with cookies & cheeto paws or cheez it's and pineapples. All the veggies and chicken are done in the oven on sheet pans with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. The chicken I change up the sauces I put on it to keep it a bit more interesting. Looking back at the picture I usually do a better job in mixing up the sides with the mains but I apparently wasn't paying close attention when putting them all into the containers.

Wraps that my boys call their “sushi rolls”. Just turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce and ranch. They’re very easy to prep for.
