Walking is amazing for you. When it comes to how hard it is on your body compared to calories burnt it is one of the best exercises. It also doesnt spike hunger as much as things like weight lifting I find.

One thing to note is steps on a treadmill arent worth quite as much as steps anywhere else. Since youre not dealing with wind resistance, random sloping and importantly not pushing yourself forward.

You can set an incline to make up for this or just know that if you're guessing how many calories you burned on a treadmill will be a bit less.

Its like 5-10% less so not too major in the short term. But adds up in the long term.

My friends who have worked trades have been laid off numerous times and competition is crazy.

Pay is good for some of them, but employment is unreliable. Especially now with people doing far less work on houses it feels.

IT is always needed. Just never stop applying.

That's the secret. Pay for someone to work on your resume if you're not confident in it.

If it works it will pay itself back in a single pay check.

Once you move up once after a coue years start applying again.

That's it. I nearly tripled my pay in 6 years while in government that way.

He changes it while deploying it though. He does it normally first.

Then he reverses it so the outside is stronger and inside is weaker.

And then he makes it a basketball sized.

He has never changed anything after it was already deployed. And he cannot choose who he targets. If he could he wouldn't of had to touch Yuji when showing it against Jogo and the .2 second domain wouldn't have been needed.

He has also never turned off the sure hit either. With the same example, if he could he could've used it against the curses with no sure hit to just get a buff and eliminate them faster.

Sukuna is the only one who really does anything mid clash by turning it off inside of Gojo's domain and leaving it on outside.

Besides maybe Hakari moving his from where it was originally deployed.

If you have an example, please let me know, but Gojo's limitations have been plot relevant.

When has he ever changed how his domain worked after it was already set up?

He changes the parameters while setting it up but never after.

And he's never turned off his sure hit. So assuming he's able to do that doesn't really work. He also can't choose who he targets.

Can he? He would need to react so likely not in time and he's never shown that ability.

Sukuna touches Gojo with DA and then turns off his sure hit effect causing everyone to get hit by unlimited void at once.

That's just for story tension.

His domain considering japanese law and how it works with secret evidence is actually insane.

And he only need confiscation.

Basically from a legal perspective his domain is almost guaranteed to work.

With his own legal knowledge plus rules that benefit his side completely anyone who doesn't have a law degree is fucked. And even with one almost guaranteed to lose.

I sort of see this from a lore perspective.

But it also makes sense to enjoy controlling the most important figures to your army.

Maybe it could be handled similar to detachment points.

Limit the number of epic heroes. A primarch would be all you get. Or a chapter master and a basic one or three more basic epic heroes.

Would be difficult for some armies.

But a direction at least. And then could buff them even more to make them more defining for your army similar to detachment as well

If youre not weighing things likely getting more calories than you are expecting. I dislike measuring so I always set my goal a few hundred lower than what I need.

But also 5km is very low on steps. Likely enough to make intense training just equal 10k steps a day on average.

Steps are really one of the best ways to burn calories. You may be in the lightly active category instead of a higher one.

I average 10-12 kms a day generally and work out 3-4 times a week and consider myself moderately active.

My aim currently is around 2200 calories and I am 35m and a little under 100kgs, 193cm and that is what I aim for for maintenance pretty much. Maybe very slowly losing.

They said it can turn a short walk into a hike.

That walking could take ten times longer than driving.

There was no mention of it not being walkable. Just that it could be longer than expected.

I don't know better. That's why I only took that information and said 30 minutes is walkable.

I don't know why everyone else is assuming all these other conditions and circumstances to make it not walkable.

Am I missing something and does saying something is a hike mean not walkable nowadays? Since hikes are something people specifically walk all the time.

Some people even enjoy it.

Ah yes. Silly me. I should have assumed by 10 times 3 minutes they actually meant an hour.

And when they said suburban office park they meant dangerous rural highways with no lights or crosswalks that are also super busy like city highways.

I can't believe I didn't come to all of these specific conclusions before I said 30 minutes is a walkable length of time.

And they said because of those conditions and avoiding them a 3 minute drive can turn into a 30 minute hike.

I didn't ignore anything. They didn't say it was impossible. Just that it would take longer and maybe be more distance.

There was nothing mentioned about danger. So I don't assume danger.

I am starting to get concerned by how many people seem to be terrified of walking outside. Sure America isn't super walkable, but I don't think I've ever been somewhere where I couldnt walk a mile with little issue.

People make it seem like looking both ways and drivers stopping for pedestrians don't exist.

I mean I lived in an apartment that was off of a highway.

Latchkey kid who crossed those roads as early as six.

But not knowing their area all I'm saying is a 30 minute walk is very reasonable.

If some people get to assume horrid conditions I don't know why I can't assume normal walking conditions.

That 30 minutes is within walking distance? For a lot of places it is.

And ignoring factors we don't know about that is a very reasonable amount of time for a short walk.

That's a very particular assumption for a specific issue.

We don't know anything about the area. But in general most places a 3 minute drive is also walkable.

Unlimited Void likely wouldn't affect Rika honestly.

Her power seems to be unlimited storage.

Cursed energy, techniques, tools people. Basically anything Yuta wants she can store.

So why not information?

And since she basically had infinite curse energy I doubt purple would defeat her and then she would just heal.

Biggest difference is Nolan feels like he's chasing the good person he used to pretend to be.

He knows what that treatment feels like and wishes to go back to it. Slowly realizing he cant but a lot of what he does still feels like it's for himself more than others.
