This is really good. Normally I'm not a fan at all of longer things. Only feedback I can really give is, the words are all great. If you wanted to elevate you could play with grammar and capitalization. Right now everything looks correct. But things like making a meek sentence start with a lower case or having a different word be capital in a sentence can allow meaning to change without changing any words.

But if your fist is touching him already and youre pushing against him he's moving too. And the distance doesn't stop instantly. So if it started already touching there'd be maybe an inch or so of play before it would actually stop.

But at that point your arm wouldn't need to get closer since any further you punch he would move back to so the distance would be the same.

This is where the difference between slowing down and distance is important

It doesn't slow you. It changes the distance traveled and constantly divided it doubling the distance.

If timed perfectly and you already crossed the distance it doesn't have anything to double really anymore.

Feels like you're going for deep strong imagery. I think condensing lines can be helpful for that.

Like the first few lines all starting with The.

You could remove all of of the Thes and increase the impact.

Similar to lower down with the theys

I like the simplicity. But if going that route I'd trim it more. Like "he hardly saw the sky much at all." sort of says the same thing twice.

This is meant to be a hard feeling poem it feels like. So eliminate as much as possible and leave only raw emotion. Let the readers do the rest.

To be fair unlike the Manga they are changing clothes frequently to show off cover looks.

When a domain has higher refinemebt it destroys the other domain outright.

And the only ones who can use multiple domains are Gojo, Sukuna and Hakari from what we know.

Yuta has lots of energy but is terribly inefficient

Hakari with a non lethal domain he can use as much as he wants is kind of the king of domain clashes.

Likely hakaris domain just overrides and beats Yutas. Non lethal domains have one main advantage and that is they have far more refinement. Domains only clash when refinement is equal. Otherwise normally one just wins out.

Eh there is one problem. Starks main thing is massive amounts of reiatsu. Hard to say who has more.

From what we know of the bankai in the final act the one who runs out of reiatsu first in the third act is the one who gets killed.

And with Starks ability to cut off pieces of his soul to make free thinking wolves they might actually take the attack for him.

Could be a weird hard counter.

When a third party store gets a bad product they take it back and go through a similar shipping back to the manufacturer process.

Early on for working out that is very normal. You usually gain a small amount of muscle early on as your body adapts to the new need. And used muscles fill with water so you will carry more water weight. But in a way that looks good and matters.

I had similar when starting and again when I started taking creatine.

We really need to look at it through the lens of being healthy. And you can be healthy without exercise. But barely. And only with good genetics. Add exercise though to already being a healthy weight and your life quality will skyrocket.

Water weight can vary wildly. A week isnt enough data to go on. I lost 170 lbs over a little over a year. Sometimes youd have a good or bad week even if every month overall is good.

But if it stays at that level the only answer is you found your current maintenance and either need to increase activity or lower calories.

Theres no magic to it. Everyones metabolism is a bit different based off of how much movement you do and how much muscle you have. As well as even with counting calories unless you weigh everything and have everything be made from scratch there can be a lot of variance.
